Migrant Leaders Partners with Ciena

We are delighted to announce the expansion of our partnership with Ciena, following the company’s work with Migrant Leaders over the last 4 years.

This collaboration includes the launch of our programme of onsite work experiences, insight days and workshops. The first work experience collaboration was delivered in August 2023, followed by our Ciena Day and Confidence Code workshop for Migrant Leaders mentees delivered on 27th September 2023 at Ciena’s London offices.

Ciena Marketing Director, Sara Atkinson expressed, “Ciena has been working with Migrant Leaders for a number of years and our values are really closely aligned. We are really excited to welcome Migrant Leaders to Ciena.”

Elham Fardad, Founder and CEO of Migrant Leaders emphasised the importance of their work in this sector, “We are so pleased to be working with Ciena and we’d like to give Migrant Leaders mentees an early view into the many industries where ethnic minorities and women are particularly underrepresented.”
