Young Leaders Panel: Adam Hyland

From a small town in Nottingham, Adam took the leap to come and study Management at Cass Business School. His humble origins have shaped his attitude towards life and Adam remains driven to achieving his professional aspirations, whilst helping everyone along the way to achieving their dreams as well. He takes inspiration from the people he surrounds himself with and acknowledges the positive impact his mentors and friends have had on him. Family is of huge importance to him, with his biggest encourager and role model being his Dad – something that he’ll always be grateful for. Outside of education, Adam enjoys an active lifestyle having played sports from a young age along with living the typical student life on the weekend. The purpose of Migrant Leaders resonates with Adam through his own experiences and he believes that migration, both ways, is vital for people to become more understanding from a cultural perspective.
