Executive Team: Fauzia Hart

With a strong focus on customer service and providing a level playing field for all in society, Fauzia brings a valuable breadth of experience in the not for profit sector including 7 years in Human Resources and Policy & Communications at the Commission for Racial Equality and over 15 years in operational roles in the charitable housing sector.  She also spent 4 years combining self-employment with parenthood.  As Head of Operations Fauzia is responsible for running several key areas in Migrant Leaders including compliance, policy and systems management.
