Advisory Board: Frank Omare

Frank brings over 20 years of combined senior line management and ‘Big 4’ consulting experience in procurement & supply chain. Frank is passionate about purpose in business and society and contributes on multiple fronts. Given his personal background growing up in a deprived neighbourhood in London, he has shown great professional and life leadership capability.  He believes that everyone has the potential to be successful in their chosen career path. This potential can be reached when the 'playing field is levelled' for everyone through the right attitude and with effective coaching and support. He brings first-hand experience of the challenges migrants and other disadvantaged young people face and must overcome in achieving their potential.
