Advisory Board: Kate Kettle

Kate is an Oxford graduate and entrepreneur with a professional background in access to higher education and widening participation. She exited Varsity Scholars, the EdTech business she founded, following it's acquisition in 2023; and is currently leading the Afghan College for Girls as it's Director. Previously, Kate has worked in access and admissions at University of Oxford and King's College London. Prior to working in social mobility, Kate was a corporate consultant at Accenture, working on public sector projects with a specialism in change management. Alongside her role as Advisory Board member for Migrant Leaders, Kate is a Trustee of the Bridge Builder Trust in Oxford.
