Currently a founding Director at Petronio Partners, a management consultancy, Massimo is an international business leader with extensive experience in very senior roles within Coats Group PLC for over 30 years including those of Chief Operating Officer, EMEA and Latin America and Chief Industrial Operations Officer.  He has a strong reputation for delivering excellence in business growth, operations and transformation projects in a business to business environment. He leads by example with integrity and encouragement engendering team loyalty and high performance in challenging business environments.  An economics and management graduate, Massimo brings insight and rigour in addition to his vast knowledge and international experience to Migrant Leaders.
