Mohammad was born in Iran and migrated to the UK aged 14. Despite having no understanding of the English language upon arrival and having no family members that attended university, Mohammad earned his GCSEs within two years enabling him to pursue his A-levels. After much dedication to his studies, he achieved the required grades to attend the University of York, where he achieved a degree in Criminology and gained a Master’s in Global Crime and Justice. After graduating Mohammad worked as an Account Executive with M&C Saatchi.
Mohammad is responsible for increasing the reach of Migrant Leaders to more eligible students. His goal is to give back to the British society that helped him educate, develop and grow. He views working with Migrant Leaders as a great privilege, allowing him to share the mission of the charity and help young migrants fulfil their educational and career potential.
