Executive Team: Neha Mehta

Neha moved to the UK from Kenya and graduated in 1995 from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Banking & Finance. Having started her career in operations with 8 years at Goldman Sachs, Neha then undertook a design & project management role at a property and interior design company, Micasa, where she spent 17 years. After moving to the charitable sector in 2020, Neha’s wish is to give back to young people to maximise their educational and career potential. Married with two grown-up children and a passion for charitable endeavours, Neha’s personal fundraising efforts include the London Marathon, half marathons and triathlons as well as climbing Mt Kilimanjaro! She also sponsors education for children in Ladakh, India. 

Neha’s key role in Migrant Leaders involves her in operations for the Migrant Leaders Development Programme and she has responsibility for grant funding applications.
