“Working across multiple business cultures and geographies, I experienced both: Diversity, as authentic ‘lived’ value that fuels creativity, innovation, and positively challenges the company culture, but as well ‘Diversity’ as mere rhetoric. I’ve been lucky, I met mentors who helped me realising my potential by appreciating my own cultural ‘diversity’, instead of conforming to ‘mainstream’ . By mentoring with the Migrant Leaders programme I wish I can give back my contribution to more diverse business community for a better and multicultural society.”
