Trustee: Elham Fardad

Elham Fardad works as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Finance Advisory practice. Her leadership journey is characterised by drive, resilience and conquering self-doubt and adversity. She has worked for 15 years in industry in senior Finance roles in GE and News Corp, followed by 7 years at EY where she currently advises clients on their most challenging operational problems. In 2017 Elham launched the Migrant Leaders charity to help develop the next generation of young migrants so they can succeed right to the very top of leading private and public sector organisations in Britain.
