She has a broad and diverse track record spanning across Clinical Research & Development, Commercial Strategy, Value Creation & Business Transformation, Investor Relations and Business Development. Ziba is known for inspiring a shared vision and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration. Her leadership style encourages healthy debate to embrace diverse perspectives, and she is recognized for building consensus and championing inclusive cultures.

Deeply committed to empowering the next generation, Ziba is particularly passionate about mentoring young people from migrant backgrounds. Ziba holds a BSc in Pharmacology, MSc in Toxicology and PhD in Psychopharmacology and an MBA from Imperial College, UK. She resides in the UK with her husband and two children.
