Would you like to be considered for the Migrant Leaders Development Programme?

Migrant Leaders will help talented young people like you reach the very top of the corporate world in Britain through its development programme. We know life in a new country can be tough, even as a second-generation migrant, for several reasons including the possibility that your family may not have the professional networks that can help you progress in your career. However, through our development programme you will be able to unlock workplace opportunities, make valuable connections and build your capability to achieve your ambitions.

You can apply for our Development Programme if you are:

A first or second-generation migrant or from a disadvantaged background
Between 16-25 years old and living in the UK
Capable of demonstrating your own potential for leadership, contributions to society and achievements to date

If you would like to be considered for the Migrant Leaders Development Programme, please fill in the form below and submit. Once you have received the confirmation email, please send supporting evidence of your exam or coursework results to [email protected] (include "Candidate Application-Evidence" in the email subject line).

We will consider your application carefully, reply to you with feedback and let you know whether you have been shortlisted for the next stage in the application process.
